In this device, the DC current gain is 100 @ 100mA 1V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.As it features a collector emitter saturation voltage of -700mV, it allows for maximum design flexibility.Single BJT transistor means that Ic is at Single BJT transistors maximum value (saturated), so the vce saturation(Max) is equal to 700mV @ 50mA, 500mA.A -800mA continuous collector voltage is necessary to achieve high efficiency.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 5V to achieve high efficiency.Current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating substantially, and this device has a -800mA current rating.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 800mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
