BC338 Description
The BC338 is a TO-92 package NPN BJT transistor with a maximum collector current of 0.8A or 800mA, allowing it to drive a wide range of loads in electronic circuits. Because the collector-emitter voltage is 30 volts, it may easily drive loads ranging from 12 to 24 volts. Apart from that, the BC338 has a maximum collector dissipation of 0.625 milliwatts and a maximum current gain of 630, making it suitable for audio frequency applications. The transistor's maximum transition frequency (fT) is 200 MHz, therefore it can operate smoothly in the 200 MHz frequency band.
