BC368G Overview
The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 85 @ 500mA 1V.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 500mV, which allows for maximum design flexibility.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 500mV @ 100mA, 1A.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 5V to achieve high efficiency.In definition, current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and the current rating of this device is 1A.The part has a transition frequency of 65MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 1A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
