BF422G Overview
As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 50 @ 25mA 20V.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 500mV.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 500mV @ 2mA, 20mA.With the emitter base voltage set at 5V, an efficient operation can be achieved.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 50mA.As a result, the part has a transition frequency of 60MHz.Collector current can be as low as 50mA volts at its maximum.
