FDD6672A Product Details
FDD6672A Description
FDD6672A is a 30v N-Channel PowerTrench? MOSFET. This N-Channel MOSFET FDD6672A has been designed specifically to improve the overall efficiency of DC/DC converters using either synchronous or conventional switching PWM controllers. It has been optimized for low gate charge, low Ros(ON), and fast switching speed.
FDD6672A Features
65A, 30V.RDS(ON) = 9.5m? @ VGS = 4.5 V
RDS(ON) = 8m? @ VGS =10 V
High-performance trench technology for extremely low Ros(on)
Low gate charge (33 NC typical)
High power and current handling capability
FDD6672A Applications
Cellular phones
Laptop computers
Photovoltaic systems
Wind turbines
Shunt voltage regulator and the series voltage regulator
