FDS4072N3 Description
This FDS4072N3 was created to increase the overall efficiency of DC/DC converters that use either synchronous or traditional switching PWM controllers. It has been designed to operate as a "low side" synchronous rectifier, with an extraordinarily low RDS(ON) in a tiny package.
