FDS9945 Description
This N-channel logic level MOSFET is designed to improve the overall efficiency of the DC/DC converter, using either a synchronous switch PWM controller or a conventional switch PWM controller. Compared with other MOSFET with equivalent RDS (ON) specification, the MOSFET switch speed is faster and the gate charge is lower. As a result, the MOSFET driver is simpler and safer (even at very high frequencies), and the DC/DC power supply is designed with higher overall efficiency.
