FQP4N20 Description
FQP4N20 is a 200v N-Channel Logic Level QFET? Power MOSFET. The N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor FQP4N20 is produced using ON Semiconductor’s proprietary, planar stripe, DMOS technology. This advanced technology is specially tailored to minimize on-state resistance, provide superior switching performance, and withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation modes. The onsemi FQP4N20 is well suited for high-efficiency switching DC/DC converters, switch-mode power supplies, and motor control.
