ISL9V3040P3 Description


The ISL9V3040D3S, ISL9V3040S3S, and ISL9V3040P3 are next-generation ignition IGBTs with superior SCIS capabilities in the space-saving DPak (TO252), industry-standard D2Pak (TO263), and TO262 and TO220 plastic packages. This ISL9V3040P3 is designed to be used as a coil driver in automotive ignition circuits. Without the need for external components, internal diodes provide voltage clamping. The clamp voltages of ECOSPARK devices can be customized. For further information, contact your local Onsemi sales office.
