ISL9V3040P3 Description
The ISL9V3040D3S, ISL9V3040S3S, and ISL9V3040P3 are next-generation ignition IGBTs with superior SCIS capabilities in the space-saving DPak (TO252), industry-standard D2Pak (TO263), and TO262 and TO220 plastic packages. This ISL9V3040P3 is designed to be used as a coil driver in automotive ignition circuits. Without the need for external components, internal diodes provide voltage clamping.
