Description
The KSC2073 is an NPN Epitaxial Silicon Transistor. A silicon base is used to create silicon transistors, which are semiconductors. It modifies the flow of electrical current in a wide range of electronic devices, including phones and televisions. Because silicon can operate at high temperatures, it has essentially supplanted germanium in transistors.
