KSP45BU Overview
The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 50 @ 10mA 10V.As it features a collector emitter saturation voltage of 750mV, it allows for maximum design flexibility. As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 750mV @ 5mA, 50mA.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 6V.Fuse current ratings refer to how much current the fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and this device has a current rating of 300mA.Maximum collector currents can be below 300mA volts.
