MC33064P-5RA Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 240. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 4V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Through Hole is the one that mounts power management. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, IC powers are 3 pins on the board. The pins of the power management system count 3. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. This IC power should be powered by no more than 6.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Power management recommends the Through Hole mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. Supplied with a operating current of 390μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. It is always advisable to use MC33064, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. This power management requires 5V power to work.
