MCH6121-TL-H Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 200 @ 500mA 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.A VCE saturation (Max) of 165mV @ 30mA, 1.5A means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at -5V to achieve high efficiency.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 3A volts.
