As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 25 @ 4A 2V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V allows maximum design flexibility.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V can result in a high level of efficiency.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 15A.There is a transition frequency of 2MHz in the part.When collector current reaches its maximum, it can reach 15A volts.
