MJE15030 Product Details
Description
The MJE15030 is a 150V NPN Complementary Power Transistor for high-frequency drivers in audio amplifiers. NPN Transistors are three-terminal, three-layer devices that can be used as electronic switches or amplifiers. The typical Bipolar Transistor, or BJT, comes in two basic types, as we saw in the previous course. There are two types: NPN (Negative-Positive-Negative) and PNP (Positive-Negative-Positive).
