MJF2955 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 20 @ 4A 4V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V, it offers maximum design flexibility.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 5V to achieve high efficiency.The current rating of this fuse is -10A, which means that transistor can carry an indefintransistore amount of current wtransistorhout deteriorating too much.The part has a transition frequency of 2MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 10A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
