As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 40 @ 4A 1V.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V, it offers maximum design flexibility.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 1V @ 400mA, 8A.Emitter base voltages of 5V can achieve high levels of efficiency.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 10A.As you can see, the part has a transition frequency of 50MHz.Maximum collector currents can be below 10A volts.
