MJH6287 Overview
The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 750 @ 10A 3V.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of 2V, it offers maximum design flexibility.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 3V @ 200mA, 20A.Maintaining the continuous collector voltage at 20A is essential for high efficiency.With the emitter base voltage set at 5V, an efficient operation can be achieved.The current rating of this fuse is -20A, which means that transistor can carry an indefintransistore amount of current wtransistorhout deteriorating too much.Single BJT transistor contains a transSingle BJT transistorion frequency of 4MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 20A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
