The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 20 @ 8A 5V.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 3V @ 3.2A, 16A.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V can result in a high level of efficiency.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is -16A.As a result, the part has a transition frequency of 4MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 16A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
