MMBT3702 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 60 @ 50mA 5V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 250mV, which allows for maximum design flexibility.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 250mV @ 5mA, 50mA.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 5V.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is -800mA.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 800mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
