The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 20000 @ 10mA 5V.When VCE saturation is 1V @ 10μA, 10mA, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 10V to achieve high efficiency.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 100nA volts.
