MPSA18 Transistor Description


The MPSA18 is an NPN silicon transistor with a tiny signal and low noise developed for general-purpose amplifier applications. This device is intended for low noise, high gain applications operating at collector currents ranging from 1 A to 200 mA. This NPN Bipolar transistor is intended for general-purpose amplifier applications requiring high gain and low noise. It is housed in a TO-92 package and is intended for medium power applications.
