 SUPERFET III MOSFET is on Semiconductor's new-High Voltage Super Junction (SJ) MOSFET NTHL050N65S3HF series, which uses charge balance technology to achieve excellent low on-resistance and lower gate charge performance. This advanced technology is designed to minimize conduction loss, provide excellent switching performance, and withstand extreme dv/dt rates. Therefore, SuPERFET III MOSFET is very suitable for all kinds of miniaturized and efficient power systems. The reverse recovery performance of the body diode optimized by SUPERFET III FRFET MOSFET can remove additional components and improve the reliability of the system.
