NTMFS5C604NLT1G-UIL3 Product Details
NTMFS5C604NLT1G-UIL3 Description
The NTMFS5C604NLT1G-UIL3 is an N-channel Power MOSFET that offers 60V drain-source voltage and 276A continuous drain current. A special kind of metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) made to handle high power levels is known as a power MOSFET. High switching speed and good efficiency at low voltages are its key benefits over other power semiconductor devices like insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBT) or thyristors. It has an easy-to-drive gate that it shares with the IGBT. They occasionally have low gain, so a larger gate voltage is required than the control voltage.
NTMFS5C604NLT1G-UIL3 Features
Low QG and capacitance to minimize driver losses
-55 to 150°C Operating junction temperature range
Small footprint (5 x 6mm) for compact design
Low RDS (ON) to minimize conduction losses
NTMFS5C604NLT1G-UIL3 Applications
Power Management
Industrial
DC-DC converters
Motor control
Automotive applications
Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS)
Residential, commercial, architectural and street lighting
