In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in 2-SMD, Z-Bend packages for safety purposes. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 32V continuously. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes can release 150mW heat. It should be 32V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. For a circuit, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 150mW. DC photodiodes can work properly under reverse voltages of 32V in the DC circuit. A photodiode conducts 30nA current without light input.
