The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial, Side View packages. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 32V should be maintained for the photodiodes. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 150mW heat.
