Description


The RFP70N03 is a 70A, 30V, 0.010 Ohm, N-Channel Power MOSFETs. The MegaFET technique is used to create these N-Channel power MOSFETs. This method, which employs feature sizes that are similar to those of LSI integrated circuits, gives silicon its best possible use, producing exceptional performance. They were created for use in relay drivers, motor drivers, switching converters, and switching regulators, among other applications. Direct control of these transistors from integrated circuits is possible. formerly TA49025, developing type.
