SFH154 Description
SFH154 is a 150V N-Channel MOSFET in the TO3P package. The SFH154 is mounted in the way of the through hole. The operating temperature of SFH154 MOSFET ranges from -55°C to 150°C. It features Lower Input Capacitance, Improved Gate Charge, and Rugged Gate Oxide Technology. The SFH154 MOSFETs are designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits.
