The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to prevent damage to them. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages in order to protect them from damage. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 16V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 16V should be maintained for the photodiodes. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. When the photodiodes are placed in a circuit, they may produce heat 150mW. In order for photodiodes to function, the temperature must not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -40°C. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 32V. Photodiodes are supposed to operate at 1.3V voltage. The current in a photodiode is 2nA even when there is no light input.
