As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 50 @ 5mA 50V.Single BJT transistor means that Ic is at Single BJT transistors maximum value (saturated), so the vce saturation(Max) is equal to 1.5V @ 3mA, 30mA.This device has a current rating of 100mA which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.140MHz is present in the transition frequency.The breakdown input voltage is 300V volts.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 100mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
