DSA5002S0L Overview
The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 170 @ 150mA 10V.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of -600mV.When VCE saturation is 600mV @ 30mA, 300mA, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).Continuous collector voltages of -500mA should be maintained to achieve high efficiency. With the emitter base voltage set at -5V, an efficient operation can be achieved. In this part, there is a transition frequency of 160MHz.There is a breakdown input voltage of 50V volts that it can take.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 500mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
