As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 120 @ 200mA 2V.Single BJT transistor has a collector emSingle BJT transistorter saturation voltage of -300mV, which allows maximum flexibilSingle BJT transistory in design.When VCE saturation is 300mV @ 50mA, 1A, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).A constant collector voltage of -2A is necessary for high efficiency.The emitter base voltage can be kept at -5V for high efficiency.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 130MHz.As a result, it can handle voltages as low as 50V volts.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 2A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
