DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 210 @ 2mA 10V DC current gain.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 300mV allows maximum design flexibility.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 300mV @ 10mA, 100mA.Continuous collector voltage should be kept at 100mA for high efficiency.Single BJT transistor is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency by maintaining the emSingle BJT transistorter base voltage at 7V.In the part, the transition frequency is 150MHz.Single BJT transistor can be broken down at a voltage of 50V volts.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 100mA volts.
