In this device, the DC current gain is 400 @ 2mA 10V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 200mV, giving you a wide variety of design options.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 200mV @ 1mA, 10mA.In order to achieve high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage should be kept at 20mA.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 15V to achieve high efficiency.A transition frequency of 140MHz is present in the part.This device can take an input voltage of 100V volts before it breaks down.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 20mA volts.
