As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 120 @ 500mA 10V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 400mV ensures maximum design flexibility.Single BJT transistor means that Ic is at Single BJT transistors maximum value (saturated), so the vce saturation(Max) is equal to 400mV @ 50mA, 500mA.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 5V.As a result, the part has a transition frequency of 170MHz.Input voltage breakdown is available at 50V volts.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 1A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
