In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVTTL. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
