IDT23S08-1HDCI Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVTTL as its input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Providing a maximum frequency of 133.3MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications.
