Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. 250MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics estimate a temperature of 0°C~70°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in HCSL, LVDS logic that can be used with this clock generator.
