8T49N242-999NLGI Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 1GHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.375V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
