As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDSM, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An up to 1GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL works with 2.375V~3.465V supply voltage provided. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the HSCL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here.
