The linear amplifier is packaged in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. Op amps are Current Feedback types of amplifier on the chip. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. This electronic part is best mounted with type Surface Mount.
