ICS514M Overview

This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In this clock generator, Clock, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 140MHz is available. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~5.5V.
