ISL6522BCRZ-T Overview

Capsuled in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc controls with 10.8V~13.2V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
