ISL6596CBZ-T Overview

A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.There are various related parts under its base part number ISL6596.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 36V.
