The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 36-CLCC package. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An up to 622.08MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output.
