RP500K122A-TR Overview

A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. 1.2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.55V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.2V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 900mA. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. As a result of the NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. A voltage of 1.2V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. Switching regulators with the IT CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature are more efficient and stable.
