The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 2.65GHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.465V as a supply voltage. A maximum voltage of 3.135V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons.
