SI5397L-A-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260.
