A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
