ADF4118BRU-REEL Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 240 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 3GHz is available. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 5.5V. There should be a voltage supply above 2.7V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. There should be 2.7V~5.5V provided with this RF synthesizer. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here.
